Hi, I’m Rumana Khan — an engineer by profession, a mother by heart, and a designer of solutions nobody else is building to empower the ones suffering in silence.
Psy Buddy™ is the emotional OS I wish I had, my mother had, my friends and peers had and everyone else had when we didn’t know what we were going through and we didn’t know how to help ourselves.
We had so many questions and self doubt, maybe shame, maybe fear, we didn’t know who to reach out to and we didn’t know better than to just accept the fact that we are emotionally broken.
Having experienced several phases in my life pretending to be a super woman and tackling life’s challenges thrown at me, I now have met amazing individuals highly successful and respected who have gone through extreme emotional turmoil and also never sought help. Because the help wasn’t there in the form it should have been. Amongst them I was strong enough to rise and reach success, but not many are strong enough. I am here to change that.
If we don’t step in now, there will not be a generation to save.
We are scaling PSY- Buddy to the world, because everyone needs it. As the designer of legacies, I have founded brands that have emerged from gaps in our system to serve a need nobody is solving. Now, we’re changing that because we can no longer keep silent, as the generation of children is less resilient and capable of enduring the rising mental health crisis.
